Telematic Requests for New Authorizations and Immigration Renewals

SUMMARY:

This procedure offers the possibility of submitting the request for new authorizations and renewals of foreigners through the electronic headquarters of the ministry.

PROCEDURE INSTRUCTIONS:

You have the possibility of electronically submitting the new application or the renewal of your immigration authorization.

The initial authorizations for its electronic submission are:

Request for authorization of stay and extensions (EX00)
Application for temporary residence authorization for family reunification (EX02)
Request for authorization of temporary residence and work for others. (EX03)
Application for residence or residence and work authorization due to exceptional circumstances (EX10)
Application for a residence card for a family member of an EU citizen (EX19)
Residence document Article 50 TEU for UK nationals (issued in accordance with Article 18.4 of the Withdrawal Agreement) (EX20)
Residence document Article 50 TEU for relatives of UK nationals (issued in accordance with Article 18.4 of the Withdrawal Agreement) (EX21)
The renewals admitted for its electronic presentation are:

Long Term Residence Authorization Application for a general course of 5 years of continuous residence in Spain. (art 148.1 RD 557/2011)
Renewals of temporary residence and employment authorization
Renewals of temporary residence and self-employment authorization
Non-profit residence authorization renewals
Residence authorization renewals for family reunification
Renewals of residence and work authorization as a highly qualified worker (Blue Card)
Resident and work authorization renewals for researchers
Renewals of residence authorization except for work authorization
Modification of residence authorization due to exceptional circumstances for reasons of labor, social roots with authorization to work, and family, or any other case in which the holder has obtained authorization to work, to residence and work authorization for someone else or for account own
Extension of Authorization of Stay for Studies, Student Mobility, Non-work practices or volunteer services
Extension of the Stay Authorization for relatives of the holder of the Stay Authorization for Studies, Student Mobility, Non-labor Practices or Volunteer Services
Modification of the Stay Authorization of relatives of the holder of the Stay Authorization for Studies, Student Mobility, Non-work Practices or Volunteer Services to Residence for Family Reunification

Steps to follow:

Access from a computer station with a printer (necessary if you want to print the receipt of the presentation) and Internet access.
You must have a digital certificate recognized by any of the official national certification entities, or an electronic DNI.
In the case of belonging to one of the following groups: Social Graduates, Administrative Managers, Lawyers; You will be able to use the corresponding accesses to make the request, for this you must be registered in the corresponding General Council.
Once you have selected the option you want to make (new authorization / renewal) ”, you must fill in the information on the form as well as attach the necessary documentation.
To finalize the presentation, prior to registering your application, you will be asked to sign the form and the attached documentation with your digital certificate. To do this you must have the AutoSignature program installed. Once the application is registered, you will be able to obtain an electronic receipt in PDF format that will serve as proof of presentation.
The payment of the fees is necessary to continue with the processing of the application. For this reason, it is convenient that together with the application and the rest of the documentation attached to its electronic presentation, the proof of payment of the fees is included.
The payment of the fee can be made:
Through the payment gateway of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations.
Through a bank entity after downloading and printing the fee to pay.

If you do not attach the proof of payment of the fee during the electronic presentation of the application, it is recommended that you present said proof of payment at the corresponding immigration office by ordinary means, which may cause a delay in the processing of your application

The request will continue its normal processing and once it is resolved, you will be notified of its result.
